Key Requirements:
Proven experience in voice picking operations
Essential Crown Tugger experience




Consistent ability to meet KPI and productivity targets
Robust work ethic with reliable attendance
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
Physically fit and able to safely lift 15–20kg
Available to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime when required
No upcoming leave or pre-scheduled appointments

Shift Details & Pay Rates:

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
May be required to commence from 5:00am
$34.85 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
$38.81 per hour
