The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining robust client relationships.

You'll be involved in:




End-to-end project delivery across industrial and commercial builds
Managing budgets, programmes, and project risk
Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases
Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
Client liaison and stakeholder management
Driving value engineering and buildability outcomes
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

About You
Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial construction projects
Ability to manage projects in the $20M-$80M+ range
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contracts
