Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, a strong pipeline of work and a leadership team that genuinely develops and promotes its people.The ProjectYour first project will be a multi-level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team.
From there, you'll continue working across high-quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.The RoleReporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project,
