12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
We're looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations.
You'll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Full training will be provided, making this a excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop in a fast‐paced, team-focused environment.

What you'll do
Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues




Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothlyHelp identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service
What we're looking for

Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems
Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Good organisational and communication skills
