$100K + Super (Negotiable based on experience)Thomastown locationJoin a growing business with a solid pipeline of workSupportive leadership team with genuine career development opportunitiesDiverse role across multiple construction projectsAbout the roleReporting to the leadership team, you ll take ownership of health and safety initiatives while supporting project teams to maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance.Key responsibilities include:Conducting site inspections, audits and safety reportingPreparing SWMS,



risk assessments and safety documentationInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actionsEnsuring compliance with WHS/OHS legislation and company policiesSupporting project teams with safety planning and complianceCoordinating inductions, training and competency records (including RIWs)Managing contractor compliance and stakeholder communicationDriving continuous improvement across safety systems and processesAbout youYou'll bring:Previous experience in a Health & Safety or OHS role within construction, civil or infrastructureStrong knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS legislationExperience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailCertificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent) is highly regardedto launch your application.
