About the Role

We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to focus on the Chinese high-net-worth community in Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture, mindset, and network dynamics of Chinese clients, and is passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships.

What You’ll Do
Develop and manage relationships within the Chinese community in Australia
Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, including business owners and professionals
Understand clients’ cross-border needs, including wealth planning and global asset allocation
Build strong referral networks within the Chinese ecosystem (e.g. accountants, migration agents, legal advisors)
Deliver consistent, high-quality client service and long-term relationship management
Support community-based events and client engagement initiatives




Ensure all activities align with local regulatory and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
Experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance, or related financial services
Solid connection to the Chinese community in Australia
Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship building
Positive understanding of high-net-worth client needs, especially cross-border considerations
Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin
High integrity and strong awareness of compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications
Existing network within Chinese business or skilled communities
Experience serving Chinese high-net-worth clients
Familiarity with cross-border wealth planning concepts
Relevant financial qualifications or licensing (or willingness to obtain)
