Office Clerk (Permanent Part-Time)

Location: Wingfield, SA

We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Clerk to join our team in Wingfield on a permanent part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a wide-ranging workload, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing efficient administrative support.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices
Creating and issuing customer invoices
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
General administrative and office support
Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries
Filing and document management
Assisting with Work Health and Safety (WHS) administration (desirable)
Other general office duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration or office role
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience with accounting software (desirable)
Excellent communication and time management skills




The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge or experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS) will be highly regarded but is not essential
