Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will create engaging training programs, eLearning content, and blended learning experiences that align with operational objectives and best-practice adult learning principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop eLearning, facilitator-led, and blended learning solutionsConduct learning needs analyses and identify capability gapsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into learning outcomesDevelop learning materials including guides, job aids,



and training resourcesFacilitate training sessions, virtual learning events, and train-the-trainer programsEnsure learning products meet quality, governance, and accessibility standardsSkills & ExperienceExperience in learning and development, instructional design, or capability developmentStrong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning approachesExperience conducting learning needs analyses and developing learning solutionsProficiency with learning technologies including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft OfficeStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching, and consultation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in an Agile environmentExperience developing co-designed learning materials and curriculumUnderstanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practicesKnowledge of learning governance, quality assurance, and document control processesExperience evaluating learning effectiveness and implementing improvementsUnderstanding of or lived experience within the disability sectorPrevious experience in government, public sector, or professional services environmentsAustralian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
