What you'll be doing:
Coordinating job allocations for our on-road service technicians
Following up maintenance requests for valued account customers
Processing key orders and customer requests
Building solid relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members
Managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries




Providing general administrative support across the business
Learning industry-specific software and systems
About you:
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
Great communication and customer service skills
Organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and willing to learn new software
Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
