Lead Architecture For a High Profile ProgramWork Across Strategy Through to DeliveryWe're recruiting for a Program Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, responsible for defining the future state architecture, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment to broader enterprise strategy.You'll act as the key architecture lead across the program, partnering with senior stakeholders while also leading a team of solution architects across multiple streams.What You'll Be DoingOwn and define program-level architecture, including target and transitional statesEnsure alignment between program deliverables and broader enterprise tech strategyLead and coordinate architecture activities across multiple workstreamsProvide governance, guidance,



and escalation support on all architecture decisionsInfluence senior business and technology stakeholders on strategic directionTranslate complex technical concepts into explicit business outcomesContribute to enterprise-wide architecture forums, strategy discussions, and governanceDrive strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendorsLead and mentor a team of solution architects within the programWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Program Architect or Lead Architect within large, complex environmentsBackground delivering architecture within major transformation or modernisation programsExperience operating in large enterprise organisations (ASX-listed or similar scale)Strong ability to balance business goals with technical constraints and opportunitiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive levelExperience across domains such as digital, customer experience, supply chain, B2B/B2CStrong understanding of architecture frameworks, governance, and roadmappingAbility to lead teams and coordinate architecture activities across multiple streams
