About the JobAs a Lifeguard with Victoria YMCA, you'll help provide a safe swimming environment for all visitors!
Duties of the role include:Supervising a large aquatic space while pro-actively ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool areaMaintaining concentrated observation of pools and patrons to anticipate and respond to problemsEnsuring facility rules are being obeyed whilst at the same time educating facility users about safe aquatic practicesCarrying out intervention and preventative action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patrons, the facility and equipmentThis is a casual position with an hourly rate up to $***** + Super & Y Benefits.About YouWe are seeking motivated and friendly Pool Lifeguards to come and join the team.You will be patient, focused, and pro-active in keeping our pool-users informed and safe.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills,
