share stories and show empathyAbout youCurrent Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA + at least 2 years experience as an ENAvailability for 3 or 4 days of availability in a row each weekExperience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team membersUnderstanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationThe ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a cooperative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholdersDemonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersNDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtainWhy Benetas?
