The Role
Our Services and Community Care Services are growing, and we are looking to build on our existing workforce.
We are seeking passionate care workers who are available to work in the Nagambie area.
This is an excellent chance for enthusiastic and passionate PCA workers to join the Nagambie HealthCare team on a casual basis.
Reporting to Nurse Unit Manager and Community Care Coordinator respectfully,



the successful applicants will be part of a team dedicated to delivering personalised care to our residents and clients who live independently at home.
Our services for Community Care include domestic assistance, personal care, social support, transport and respite care.
Skills & Experience
Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Medication Endorsed (Desirable)
Must have your own car (registered in your own name), valid insurance and a current Victorian driver's licence
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Full understandingand willingness to comply with Nagambie HealthCare's OHS policies
Possess strong organisational & time management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
Show reliability, professionalism, punctuality and the ability to work as a part of a team
A demonstrated ability to be consumer focused, empathetic and flexible.
Ideally you will be flexible with a desire to be part of a committed cohesive team who work in a highly supported environment with great salary packaging opportunities.
