Whether it's a small fridge or walk-in unit, we help fridgies to keep it cool.About the roleAs part of the Trade Counter team in Broome, you'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.Your typical day will involveProviding customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesHelping keep the branch tidy and safeMaking occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicleCandidate profileHas previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneMight not have experience in this space, but is willing to learnCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn recent systemsHas a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally,
