Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join a busy meat processing and packaging facility based in Geelong.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent afternoon shifts in a supportive team environment.
About the Role
You will be working in a temperature-controlled production facility, handling and processing raw meat products including beef, lamb, and pork.
This is not an abattoir - products arrive onsite in bulk and are further processed into smaller portions, minced, and packaged for distribution.
Weighing, packing, and labelling products
Working on production lines
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
Working in a temperature-controlled workplace (approximately 5-7°C)
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Days: Monday to Friday
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you must:
Be comfortable working in a cold environment
Be willing to handle raw meat products (beef, lamb & pork)
Have good communication skills
Be able to comply with strict hygiene requirements
