This is a great entry point into a growing business, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, order processing and day-to-day sales admin, while learning the ropes from an experienced team.No prior experience is necessary, we're looking for the right attitude and we'll invest in training and developing you.As Slimline continues to grow nationally, we are expanding our sales support function and investing heavily in capability, training, and development.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess orders, quotes,



and follow-ups accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update customer records and sales data in CRMSupport the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting and account coordinationLiaise with other departments to track order status and resolve customer queriesAssist with follow-up on existing customer accounts under guidance from senior team membersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experienceThe Successful Candidate Will HaveA solid willingness to learn and grow within a sales customer service functionGood written and verbal communication skillsSolid organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with phones, email and standard Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Outlook)Ability to follow processes accurately, especially around data entry and order handlingA positive, can-do attitude and reliabilityHighly Regarded (not essential)Some exposure to customer service, admin, retail or sales environmentsInterest in display solutions, signage, POS products or retail fit-outPersonal AttributesEager to learn, coachable, and open to feedbackReliable and punctual, with a strong work ethicAlignment with our core values: Customer Focus, Performance-first Culture, Integrity, One-Team, Growth and Sustainability
