This is a hands-on retail role that combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingWelcoming customers and providing outstanding serviceAssisting with product selection and showroom salesProviding product and design advice where appropriateProcessing sales and customer orders via POS systemsMaintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standardsAssisting with stock handling, transfers and order preparationReceiving and unpacking deliveriesSupporting general warehouse and store operationsAssisting with customer enquiries,



phone calls and follow-upsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious retail sales or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and team-oriented approachConfidence using computer systems and POS softwareAbility to multitask and work in a busy retail environmentAvailability to work Saturdays as part of a rosterExperience or interest in interiors, renovation or bathroom products will be highly regarded.Physical Requirements of the RoleThis role includes a combination of showroom and warehouse duties and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to *****kg.
