This is an excellent opportunity for a transport, logistics, or manufacturing professional looking for an immediate start.The RoleWorking within a fast-paced manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for coordinating daily despatch operations, ensuring deliveries run smoothly and customers receive excellent service.Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (occasional Saturdays may be required)Duration: Minimum 2-3 months,



with potential for extensionKey Responsibilities:Coordinate communication between customers and drivers regarding deliveriesManage delivery dates and loads using system tools (JDE and NetworX)Record delivery times and distances in JDEPrepare delivery paperwork and scan PODs into the systemSupport other Despatch Coordinators with daily operationsAbout You:Previous despatch experience requiredExperience working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and demanding customersStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving ability with a results-focused mindsetResilient and able to manage pressure effectivelyKnowledge of load restraint guidelines preferredConstruction industry experience highly regardedRequirements:Must be available for an immediate startMust successfully pass a drug and alcohol testMust successfully complete a fitness assessment
