AGED CARE AND COMMUNITY CARE SUPPORT WORKER – BILINGUALWe are seeking compassionate, reliable Aged Care and Community Care Support Workers to join our growing team.
In this rewarding role, you will support older Australians to remain living safely and independent in their own homes within the community.Positions available in the North East, North West, Inner East and South Eastern Metropolitan areas to support non-speaking English clients.
Experience in the Greek community is advantageous.Casual positions are available to provide individualised, cutting-edge quality care and services to elderly people in the community.

you will provide practical and emotional support tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.
You will promote dignity, independence, choice and social connection.Key ResponsibilitiesAssistance with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)Domestic support (Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)Social support and companionshipTransport to appointments and community activitiesMedication prompts (where required)Reporting and documentation in line with the organisational policiesObserving and reporting changes in client wellbeingSkills & ExperienceCertificate III in Aged Care Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Home & Community)Minimum 12 months' work experience in Aged CareCurrent Working with Children CheckEligible for work in Australia.Driving licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance PolicyStrong communications skills
