As a fast-growing FinTech, we're focused on delivering meaningful client experiences and helping more Australians feel supported in their financial journey.If you love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to build a long-term career in a supportive and innovative company, this could be the perfect next step.About the RoleThis is not a typical admin or reception role — and it's not a high-pressure sales role either.As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll help existing clients understand the value of their annual financial review and book them in with one of our Financial Advisers.You'll often be one of the first and most consistent voices our clients hear from PictureWealth, so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly and create a positive experience will be key.This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by outcomes and passionate about delivering genuine client care.What You'll Be Responsible ForYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Calling existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with Financial AdvisersExplaining the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional wayFollowing up with clients for information, documents and service agreement completionHandling inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy and confidenceSupporting advisers with calendar management, scheduling and workflow coordinationUpdating client records and keeping CRM/internal systems accurate and up to dateHelping ensure each client journey is smooth,



organised and well-managed from start to finishWhat You'll BringWe're looking for attitude and capability just as much as experience.You'll likely be a strong fit if you are:Confident, warm and engaging on the phoneMotivated, reliable and comfortable in a high-volume environmentOrganised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable following up with clients professionally without being pushyCommercially aware and confident working in an appointment-setting or outcomes-driven rolePositive, coachable and keen to learnA strong communicator who takes ownership and follows things throughExperience in phone-based customer service, sales, appointment setting, retention or client support would be highly regarded.Experience using CRM systems or working in financial services, real estate, health, education, hospitality or another people-focused industry would also be beneficial.You don't need to come from financial advice — we'll teach you the industry side.
