This is a 3 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 3, **** with possible extension and/or permanency
Aveley Secondary College (SC) opened in **** and is a large secondary school catering for Years 7 to 12 in Perth's Swan Valley.

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and friendly Human Resource Officer (HRO) to join our team.
The Human Resource (HR) Officer will provide advice and support in the coordination of human resource activities and operations.
This will include managing job vacancies; coordinating leave and relief management; coordinating the human resource management information system (HRMIS); assisting in the implementation of staff induction; probation and performance management, and provide human resource advice and information to staff.
The desired applicant should possess sound written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with staff and work within a team environment.
The successful applicant would strive to build and maintain positive relationships with relief staff to ensure that positions are backfilled with quality relief staff to maintain high standards across the school.
The ideal applicant should possess valuable conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to implement appropriate strategies in-order to managed and coordinate human resource activities.
