Breeder Farm 3IC
to support operations at one of our
Bullsbrook Farms
.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced farm worker to step into a leadership role, assisting the Farm Manager and Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the farm, maintaining high animal welfare standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Daily Tasks
Assist the Farm Manager and supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the breeder farm.
Supervise and support farm workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor bird health, welfare, and egg production to meet company standards.
Conduct regular farm inspections and ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols.
Assist with feed management, equipment maintenance, and general farm upkeep.
Maintain accurate records and report key farm performance metrics.
Identify and address operational challenges promptly.
Ensure a secure working environment by adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.
You Will Bring to This Role
Previous experience in poultry farming, preferably in breeder farm operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow farm procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Physically fit and capable of handling farm-related tasks.
