Pest Technician Trainees
across Perth.
No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Experience in construction or building industry is strongly preferred.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting pest inspections and treatments for new builds, residential homes, and commercial properties — all in line with regulatory standards and company procedures.
While you'll liaise with our
Malaga office

What We Offer
Full-time role –
40+ hours per week
Fully paid traineeship

Starting rate: $29/hour

Our Traineeship Program
Our industry-leading traineeship combines
on-the-job training
with
in-house classroom learning
, leading to a
Certificate III in Pest Management
.
Training is delivered by our dedicated Training Manager in our own training facilities and is recognised by TAFE and overseen by ApprentiCentre to ensure national accreditation.
Initial training is
fully supervised
, progressing to a
Provisional Licence
, and ultimately a
full licence
issued by the
Pesticide Safety Division of the WA Health Department
.
The full qualification typically takes

to complete.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
A current
WA driver's licence
is essential
(manual preferred)
Experience in construction or building industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently
A solid focus on health and safety
Flexibility and adaptability
Basic IT skills
Physical fitness to work in subfloors and roof spaces
Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical, Police Clearance, and provide work references
Commitment to completing Certificate III in Pest Management
