We are seeking a
Clinical Manager
with a strong background in aged care to lead and support our Pimpama Aged Care Team for a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight).
This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of clinical care and compliance, while nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.
You will be well supported by a dedicated Facility Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership and outcomes while working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.
Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3 years' experience
in aged care.
Qualified




Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Strong knowledge of
Aged Care Quality Standards
and best practice care.
Comfortable using
technology and clinical systems.
Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.
Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach.
