Our client is experiencing massive growth due to a booming pipeline of projects. They run a clean, safe, and highly efficient workshop and are looking to onboard motivated individuals who want consistent hours, outstanding team culture, and a genuine chance to transition into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace, your daily routine will involve:
Assembly: Using power tools and air tools to assemble high-quality aluminum products according to standard drawings.
Line Loading & Unloading: Safely loading raw aluminum extrusions onto the production line and unloading finished components.
Prep & Despatch: Working in the preparation bays to wipe down, wrap, and pack products securely so they are ready for shipping.
Quality & Safety:



Spotting any material defects early and keeping your workspace clean and hazard-free.

What You Bring to the Team
Tool Skills: Confident, hands-on experience using power tools, drill presses, or assembly hand tools.
Physical Fitness: Comfort handling repetitive lifting, manual handling, and standing throughout a shift.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or metal fabrication setting (glazing, window assembly, or aluminum fabrication is highly regarded).
Compliance: Valid Australian working rights.
