About the Role

As an Outbound Call Centre Consultant, you’ll be responsible for contacting customers regarding an important product recall campaign. This is a high-volume outbound role where you’ll aim to make approximately 80 outbound calls per day while providing qualified,



friendly and accurate information.

Your responsibilities will include:
Making approximately 80 outbound calls daily
Speaking with customers regarding a product recall
Updating customer information accurately within internal systems
Recording detailed notes from each conversation
Answering customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
Working collaboratively with the wider team

What we’re looking for:
Previous call centre, customer service or administration experience
Confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner
Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Available to work onsite Monday to Friday
