About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chef and an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our dedicated team at Amanda's on the Edge, a highly acclaimed restaurant located in the beautiful Pokolbin region of New South Wales.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional cuisine in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
Planning, preparing and cooking a diverse range of high-quality dishes from our seasonal menus
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Providing guidance and support to the Apprentice Chef
Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong background in fine dining or a similar high-calibre hospitality environment
Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, flavoursome dishes
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment




Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications or a willingness to complete an apprenticeship program
