We're looking for an experienced
Branch / Service Manager
to lead our
Hobart operation
, overseeing service, parts, warehouse and administration while driving customer satisfaction, team performance and business growth.
A day on the job will see you:
Lead and develop the Service team to achieve productivity and performance targets
Manage day-to-day workshop and field service operations
Oversee Parts, Warehouse and Administration functions
Ensure a safe, compliant and high-performing workplace
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive repeat business
Support and mentor employees through coaching and development
Prepare operational and financial reports for the General Manager - Tasmania
Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand the customer base
Drive continuous improvement across the branch
What you need to get the job done:
Proven leadership experience within a service environment
Experience managing technicians, tradespeople or service teams
Strong technical background,



ideally as a mechanic or technician
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Sound computer and administrative skills
