Our client is seeking reliable Process Workers for an ongoing casual opportunity based in Mansfield, Brisbane Southside . This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift role offering regular rostered hours, weekly pay, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates.

Fast-paced production and processing setting
Located in Mansfield, Brisbane

Pay Rate
$35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Processing and handling products in a fast-paced workplace
Following documented procedures and work instructions accurately
Conducting quality checks and identifying inconsistencies
Packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to workplace safety and quality standards
Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets





About You
Previous process work, manufacturing, or production experience highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following written procedures and accurately completing production documentation
Clear communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructionsReliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing employment
Available to work Monday to Friday afternoon shifts
