Solar Installer Trade Assistant/Labourer – Residential & Commercial Solar

$30–$40 per hour (depending on experience) | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer Trade Assistant/ Labourer to join our growing team. We complete a variety of residential and commercial solar installations and are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to build a long-term career in the renewable energy industry.

About the Role:
Assist with residential and commercial solar installations.
Carry and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
Work safely at heights and follow all WHS procedures.
Support qualified installers and electricians on site.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional worksite.
Some projects may require working away from home, with overnight stays as required.

What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.




Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
White Card (essential).
Working at Heights ticket (preferred but not essential).
Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
Previous solar, roofing, or construction experience is an advantage but not essential.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
