Gateways Support Services in North Geelong VIC is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our Armstrong Creek service. You will empower people with disability to live independently and participate in the community, providing hands-on support in a safe, inclusive workplace as part of their care team.

This permanent part time role operates on a fortnightly Week 1/Week 2 roster with wide-ranging shifts. Gateways offers above‑award rates, additional leave, ongoing training and parental leave for
