Some teachers change a classroom.
This one changes a life.
Parkerville Grove School is a new CARE school supporting young people in Years 7–10 whose experience of trauma has significantly disrupted their education.
For many of these young people, the right teacher at the right time can be the turning point in their story.

You will work alongside Youth Workers in the classroom and collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellbeing team to develop individual learning and wellbeing plans tailored to each young person.
This is an chance to teach differently.
You'll have the flexibility to teach across a range of learning areas, build meaningful relationships with students, and bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion to a school designed around the needs of its learners.

We are looking for someone who understands the impact of trauma, thrives in a collaborative environment,

and believes in the power of education to change a young person's future.
