What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the complete new car sales process—from online and showroom enquiries to customer satisfaction
Follow up on internet leads and in-person visits with professionalism and urgency
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles with confidence
Deliver top-tier customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals
Maintain accurate data entry and complete necessary documentation efficiently
Keep the showroom and display vehicles in top condition
Adhere to dealership and manufacturer sales processes and standards




Build long-lasting customer relationships through follow-up and post-sale support
What We're Looking For:
A natural passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
Robust communication and people skills—building rapport comes easily to you
The ability to learn quickly and stay organised under pressure
High attention to detail and confidence with digital tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
A professional, polished appearance and a proactive work ethic
A current Australian driver's licence
Experience in automotive sales would be great - but for the right person we are ready to train!
