Rostering & Administration Officer
Permanent Part-Time | Minimum 50 Hours per Fortnight
Paramount Disability Support is seeking an organised and reliable
Rostering & Administration Officer
to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This role is responsible for coordinating staff rosters, responding to roster changes and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of our organisation.
You will work closely with support workers, team leaders and management to help ensure participants receive consistent and reliable support.
About the Role
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing, maintaining and updating staff rosters.
Filling vacant shifts and responding to roster changes.
Communicating roster information clearly with staff and management.
Monitoring staff availability, leave and shift coverage.
Maintaining accurate employee and participant records.
Assisting with timesheet and payroll-related checks.
Responding to phone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Providing general administration support across the organisation.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
Assisting with other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Provide after hours support on a rostered / rotational basis
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Communicates professionally and confidently.
Can remain calm and solution-focused when roster changes occur.
Is confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office programs.
Can work both independently and as part of a team.
Understands the importance of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Has experience in rostering, administration, disability support, aged care or a similar sector.
Previous rostering experience is highly desirable; however, training may be provided to the right applicant.
Employment Details
Permanent part time position.
Minimum of
50 hours per fortnight
.
Hours will be worked across our normal office operations, with some flexibility required depending on organisational needs.
Employment conditions and remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable award and the successful applicant's experience.
