Link-Force Au is seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor/Leading Hand
to join our team on a
casual basis
based in
Scarborough, Perth WS
this role is pivotal in running Jump Form Systems.
As Site Supervisor/Leading Hand, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
This position offers the flexibility of casual work whilst providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on project success and team performance.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to maintain a strong safety culture on site
Monitor site safety compliance and ensure all personnel adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Inspect work quality and materials to guarantee they meet project specifications and industry standards
Manage site documentation, including timesheets, daily reports, and progress records
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to address issues and maintain project momentum
Identify training needs and provide guidance to team members to support their professional development
Organise and maintain site equipment, tools, and resources in a safe and efficient manner
Report on project progress, incidents, and any challenges to senior management
Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional conduct
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or in a similar construction supervisory role
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and best practices in Western Australia
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse construction teams effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
Sound understanding of construction methodologies, project timelines, and quality control processes
Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Current or the ability to obtain relevant construction certifications and licenses as required
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions on construction sites
Experience with construction management software and digital reporting tools is advantageous
Experience managing the operation of Jump Form Systems
