We currently have a
full-time
opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as
a Student Support Officer in our Coffs Harbour Office.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Student Support Officer.
As a Student Support Officer you will provide essential support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential.
The role achieves this by ensuring that all student-related administrative processes across ETC Training sites are accurate, centralised and compliant with RTO Standards, contract requirements and ETC procedures.
You will maintain up-to-date and compliant training documentation to support student success and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
Supporting students with enrolment, induction, and course enquiries
Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
Scheduling training sessions, assessments, and student events
Communicating regularly with students and trainers to ensure smooth operations
Monitoring student progress and assisting with compliance reporting
Ensuring all processes meet RTO Standards and contract requirements

Criteria for Success
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Solid administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with Microsoft Office, LMS & SMS systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A recent, clear National Police Check
A current NSW Working With Children Check
