Your new role
Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for driving programme, safety, quality and subcontractor performance while leading site teams to achieve key project milestones.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all day-to-day site operationsCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultantsDriving construction programmes and project sequencingMaintaining exceptional safety and quality standardsLeading site meetings and stakeholder communicationMonitoring project progress and reporting to senior managementManaging defects, inspections and project handoverMentoring junior site staff and fostering a high-performance site cultureWhat you'll need to succeed




Proven experience delivering multi-storey residential, mixed-use or commercial projects as a Senior Site ManagerStrong structural and finishes experienceAbility to manage large subcontractor workforces and complex programmesExcellent knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirementsStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsTrade background or relevant construction qualifications highly regardedStable employment history with reputable buildersWhat you'll get in return
