Disability Support Workers – Immediate Start Casual positions

Care FNQ is looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Cairns. This hands-on role involves providing essential support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in group homes, respite care, in-home support, community activities, and lifestyle & leisure programs .

Adaptable work schedules available , including weekends, before & after school shifts, and sleepovers.

What You’ll Need:

A current driver’s license
A reliable vehicle (required for community support—participants may need transport)
A willingness to engage in training & development
A Blue Card (Working with Children)
NDIS Worker’s Clearance (Yellow Card)
