Dental Receptionist – Monday to Thursday

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and qualified Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a Monday to Thursday basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
Coordinating the daily appointment schedule
Processing payments and handling patient accounts
Maintaining accurate patient records
Assisting the clinical team with administrative duties
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About You:
Previous reception or customer service experience (dental or medical experience is an advantage but not essential)




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Comfortable using computer-based appointment and practice management systems
Ability to multitask in a busy setting
