We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration Officer (Sports) to join our Secondary College Team on a Permanent Part-Time (Term-Time) basis, commencing Term 3, **** (17 August ****).
Working 34.5 hours per week (term-time only): Monday - Wednesday; 8:00am – 3:00pm and Thursday - Friday; 8:00am – 4:00pm.

As a key member of our team, the Administration Officer (Sport)



will provide efficient and professional administration support of College sport events, inter-house and inter-school competitions and sport and co-curricular activities.

What we are looking for?
It this role it is essential that you hold a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
You will also have:
Proven experience in administration or a similar role, ideally within a school setting.
Proficient level of computer literacy with proven capacity in MS Office Suite, and other software/programs in common use for administration.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently to priorities and multi-task to effectively manage workload.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
