We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member to join our growing business, based at our Mulgrave warehouse.

Back to Sleep is a well established specialist sleep and mobility retailer, supporting both private customers and Government funded clients including NDIS and Support At Home. Our team is supportive, down to earth, and genuinely passionate about improving people’s quality of life.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role offering stability, variety, and the opportunity to take real ownership of a well run warehouse.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily warehouse operations
Open and close warehouse
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Pick pack and dispatch orders
Perform inventory checks via POS system
Data entry and paperwork
Collect stock from suppliers when required
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order




Clean and maintain equipment
Manual handling and heavy lifting over 25kg
Assist with general duties as required

You will work as part of a team, however there will also be times when you are required to work independently, so the ability to work autonomously is essential.

Completion of NDIS worker screening once successful, with this cost reimbursed
