Part-Time Recruiter (Remote/Hybrid)

We're a high-end executive search and retained recruitment firm specialising in coaching and specialty sales talent for the Mining, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors. We're looking for a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join us part-time, with the prospect to grow into a full time role based on performance.

This role is perfect for a student, a parent returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for versatile, high-impact remote work with real career progression.

What you’ll be doing
Understanding the job brief from the client and translating it into a clear search strategy
Working with the resourcing team to search for and reach out to talent via our CRM, internal databases, and LinkedIn
Cold outreach by phone — turning cold introductions warm through genuine, confident conversation
Setting appointments for our CEO and senior leadership team
Writing compelling job adverts that attract top talent




Calling candidates and selling the opportunity — transferring energy and certainty to talent in a highly competitive market
Marketing our services directly to prospective clients
Supporting candidates and clients through every stage of the recruitment process
Using AI tools to work smarter and faster
Working to KPIs and hitting your targets

Compensation
Part-time, hourly rate + bonuses paid on placements
Base: approx. $35,000–$45,000 p.a. + bonuses
OTE: approx. $100,000
