IAG is seeking an Operational Risk & Quality, Specialist to strengthen risk and quality practices across the Intermediated Insurance business.
The permanent full-time role is based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney).
You will partner with leaders to identify risks, review processes, and drive improvements in a broker-intermediated setting.
Responsibilities include risk reviews, automated monitoring, governance support, and continuous uplift of controls, with a focus on customer
