About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Minor Works Manager
to lead our projects division.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving engineering and sales activities, overseeing project delivery, managing project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and profitably.
You'll build strong client relationships, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering, sales and project delivery activities
Prepare estimates, tenders and project proposals
Manage project performance, budgets and profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead and mentor project teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational requirements
Provide technical guidance and resolve project challenges
Drive continuous improvement and business growth
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HVAC leadership role
Strong technical and commercial acumen
Experience managing projects, subcontractors and client relationships
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, BCA and WHS requirements
