You will manage cases through Salesforce and work closely with operational teams to achieve positive customer outcomes.Main duties & ResponsibilitiesLocate and manage freight within the depotInvestigate damaged, unidentified, redirected and undelivered freightCoordinate customer depot collections and freight redeliveriesRecord accurate case updates and outcomes in SalesforceWork with internal teams and other depots to resolve freight enquiriesMeet agreed service levels and aim to resolve cases within 24 hoursIdentify recurring issues and contribute to process improvementsAbout youPrevious experience within freight,
