Country Club Living is seeking a full-time, reliable and experienced gardener to join our team at Bellbrook Gardens Country Club - a secure, resort-style retirement community.This is a hands-on role where you'll take pride in maintaining our gardens to the highest standard, as well as some maintenance tasks and contributing to the peaceful and welcoming setting our residents enjoy every day.What You'll Be DoingFull-spectrum gardening: planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, trimming, and monitoring plant healthLandscaping and garden maintenance across the village grounds including hedge trimming and lake maintenanceMaintenance tasks and outdoor cleaning (paths, tiles, etc.)Supporting the Village Manager as neededRespecting residents' privacy and maintaining a professional, friendly presenceDriving the village bus occasionally (no special licence required)Adhering to OH&S; procedures and maintaining high presentation standardsWhat We're Looking ForProven gardening experience (horticulture training a plus,
