We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Moama, NSW.Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:Scheduling tank installations on a day to day basis to meet a planned scheduledRescheduling of installations when requiredUpdating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferredInvoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed installLiaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installationsCoordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after deliveryCooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the sameDeveloping employee awareness of product compliance obligationsActively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.About You:Experience in customer service and communicationEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritiseAbility to change, adapt and continuously improveExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365About UsKingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
