Synergie Australia is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Bus Driver to support workforce transportation requirements at a major industrial site in Bomaderry, NSW.

This casual role is ideal for an experienced driver who enjoys working independently, prioritises safety, and takes pride in providing a qualified service. You'll play an important role in ensuring employees, contractors and visitors are transported safely and efficiently throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport employees, contractors and visitors between designated locations
Follow scheduled pickup and drop-off times
Conduct daily vehicle pre-start and post-shift checks
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation




Complete required transport records and documentation
Report hazards, incidents and vehicle defects promptly
Adhere to all site traffic management and safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Current Australian C Class Driver Licence
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Excellent driving record
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible and changing shift schedules
Ability to work within a busy industrial setting
