We are looking for enthusiastic& energetic kitchenhands to work with our Residential Tertiary College –Parkville VIC.

We have shifts availableto work Monday to Sunday. AM & PM

We have both Part time & Casual vacancies available

You will report to and beinstructed by the Head Chef and Venue Manager

Duties include but not limitedto:
Receival of large deliveries of high-riskfood items
Checking the condition and temperature ofhigh-risk food items
Transporting and storing of food items toand from kitchen storage locations
Ensuring appropriate food safety formsare completed promptly and accurately
Cleaning of storage areas and stockrotation of food items




Removal of boxes and waste from kitchento designated disposal area
Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment
Cleaning of floors- back & front ofhouse
Emptying of rubbish disposal units
Following OH&S; guidelines whenperforming duties
Basic food preparation and cleaningduties when requested
