With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.The Premium Services Executive Host role reports directly to the Premium Services Supervisor and is responsible for hosting guests within the Premium and VIP areas of the property, ensuring each guest has a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.This is a fantastic prospect to leverage your exceptional customer service skills to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services.A few of your responsibilities:Monitor guest and guest access and dress code in the VIP/Premium areasGreet and assist guests in the VIP/Premium roomsAssist guests and Gaming Services Host's with queries regarding VIP/Premium membershipEscort guests to private gaming salons and assist with their needs during gaming activityConduct gaming promotions and assist with guest gift days and perform scrutineer responsibilities for gaming promotionsWhat we are looking for:Holder of a current Special Employee Licence is preferredProven experience within a guest service-related fieldExceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholdersPassionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactionsPolished five-star grooming and personal presentation and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiencesAbout you:Providing a great customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
